Brian is a founding partner of Kreamer Search Partners and offers 20 years of technology recruiting expertise. Prior to founding Kreamer Search Partners, Brian was an executive recruiter for MRI Sales Consultants, where he qualified for several PaceSetter Club trips and finished 2005 & 2006 in the Top 5% Nationwide. Previously, Brian had a successful 13-year career in sales and sales management, where he generated over half of the company's annual revenue. Additionally, he launched, staffed, and managed two satellite offices. He was also responsible for selecting and implementing the company's customized database, accounting and job cost/proposal system. Brian has a BS in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Suanne is a founding partner of Kreamer Search Partners and offers 20 years of technology recruiting expertise. Prior to founding Kreamer Search Partners, Suanne was an executive recruiter for MRI Sales Consultants, where she qualified for eight Pacesetter Club trips and finished 1999 & 2006 in the Top 2% Nationwide. Additionally, she sat for and passed the CSAM exam (Certified Senior Account Manager). This involved extensive study of the recruiting process, recruitment law, ethics, and customer-focused selling. This professional designation was conferred on only a small percentage of executive recruiters within the organization. Previously, Suanne was the Sales Manager for a regional Computer Reseller where she managed a team of 14 people within the sales, service, and training departments, and maintained full P&L responsibility. She qualified for Club Trip two years. Suanne has a BS in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania graduating Summa Cum Laude.
